To get a refund, contact us via ticket system, provide a picture of all cards in your order cut in half. Send us this image via the order management system.
Our decision is final. We need to see an entirely cut in half card or cards in order to process a refund.
We refund to the card or crypto wallet you paid with. We reserve the right to recoup delivery costs from the refund.
We may offer exchanges or reprints for damaged or misprinted cards.
We can only refund the person who paid for the cards at the outset.
