Here’s our help centre where you can find out how to track your order, create an account or contact us.
Order Tracking
We recommend you pay by cryptocurrency if possible – it’s quicker and more secure than posting cash or cheques to us in the post. If you use our online crypto payment system, you can always prove you sent us payment.
If you post in your payment, we recommend you send your order by Royal Mail Signed For® First Class or equivalent in your country.
Once we’ve received your order, we will automatically email you. At this point, you can track your order and see what stage it is at.
We will also email you at every point of the card production process, right up till when it’s posted.
Once it is posted, we ask that you wait for the time we outline in the order email.
We do not send our ID Cards via Signed For, Tracked Mail, UPS or DHL.
Create account or login
You can create an account when you’re ordering a card, or go here to start one – you don’t need to do this to order a card. All this does is make it easier to review your orders and change your account details.
