A number of websites sell novelty doctorates, diplomas, and degree certificates. These are presumably bought as gag gifts — the sort of thing you'd give a relative for a milestone birthday.
In practice, passing one of these off as genuine is impossible. Any employer can verify a claimed qualification with a quick online search.
The institutions listed on these certificates are typically fictitious or belong to organisations that closed years ago.

Fake Bills, Bank Statements
Countless websites offer fabricated statements, bills, and similar documents — supposedly for PayPal or credit card verification. We have no way of knowing which of these sites are legitimate operations and which are outright scams.
One notable example was "Second Eye Solutions," which turned out to be a large-scale operation churning out fake bank statements, utility bills, and comparable paperwork. Customers used these documents to pass verification for online services, and in more serious cases, to commit mortgage fraud.
The two individuals behind that site were ultimately charged by the FBI with aggravated identity theft. Safe to say their travel plans took a hit.
Using forged documents to circumvent KYC/AML checks or banking regulations is almost certainly illegal.
