Legal Notice

Every card we sell is a novelty item, and it is legal to buy, own and keep in the UK. That rests on four things:

1. Each card is an original design, drawn from scratch by our own designers.
2. No card copies or imitates an official document, an existing card, a trademark or anyone else's artwork.
3. Every card carries a permanent, clearly visible disclaimer saying it is not an official document.
4. The cards are for fun. They carry no official status and give the holder no rights or privileges.

That is why our cards sit outside the definitions of "identity document" in the Identity Documents Act 2010 and the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981.

Owning one is fine. Using one to misrepresent your age, your identity or your status is an offence, and we don't support it. It is your responsibility to know the law where you are; we take no responsibility for what happens to a card after it leaves us.

If we have reason to think a card is being ordered for an unlawful purpose, we cancel the order. We answer any lawful request from a UK police force in full.
