The short answer
Yes, it's a real business. CardFairy has been printing plastic cards since 1996 — thirty years, from a workshop with a printer in it, not a landing page and a crypto wallet. Across the current range we hold a 4.7 average from 9,485 ratings.
If you got here by searching whether this site is a scam: fair enough. The novelty card trade is full of them, and we've written about that at length because we lose business to them too. So rather than tell you we're great, here's what you can actually check.
What you can verify without taking our word for it
- Thirty years of trading. Since 1996. Scam sites do not last three decades; they last three months and reappear under a new domain.
- We own the printer. A £25,000+ UV DTF machine built for plastic card work. It is the single largest thing in the building and it is why we can print in-house rather than drop-ship.
- You see the card before you pay. Every design is photographed front, back, in hand, in a wallet and under UV. Not renders — the actual printed cards.
- There is a real support desk. The contact form goes to a monitored helpdesk with ticket numbers, not an inbox nobody opens.
- Published terms and a refund policy. Our terms and refund and returns policy are on the site, in public, before you order.
Why there are no written reviews on this page yet
Because we haven't collected them properly, and we're not going to invent them.
We hold star ratings going back years — that's where the 4.7 comes from — but the written text was never captured in a way we could publish. Rather than pad this page with quotes nobody actually said, we're building a proper post-purchase review flow. Real names, real orders, real words. This page gets updated when they exist.
Made-up testimonials are also now illegal in the UK under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, which is a decent second reason. But the first one is the real one: if we'd fake a review, why would you believe anything else here?

Common questions
See what you'd actually be buying
The strongest argument we have isn't on this page — it's the photography. Every card in the range is shot from five angles including under UV, so you can judge the print quality before you spend anything.
