Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a return, your novelty card must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund
We do not accept physical returns of our products. To receive a refund, you must demonstrate that the cards have been destroyed.
- Contact Us: Please contact us through our order management system, providing your order number.
- Provide Proof: In your message, attach a clear photograph showing all cards from your order cut completely in half.
- Review: Our team will review the image. Our decision on the eligibility of the proof is final.
Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (the card or crypto wallet you paid with). Please note that we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery costs from the refund amount.
Replacements for Damaged or Misprinted Cards
If your card arrives with a printing defect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a free replacement.
