Discreet Envelopes: We use standard white DL envelopes with only a UK return address printed in the top left corner and your delivery address. No other markings or branding appear on the envelope for maximum discretion.

Untracked Mail: For security and privacy, all orders are sent via regular, untracked mail through Royal Mail.
