When do you print the cards?
Next working day after payment clears. We print on professional equipment — same rig we use for everything.
How do you send them?
Discreetly. Nobody's going to know what's in the envelope.
Each card goes inside a folded piece of stiff board so you can't feel what's inside. That goes in a plain white DL envelope with just your address and our London return address on it. No branding, no logos, nothing to give it away.

Basic delivery is untracked, sent via standard post. Delivery times depend on your location — typically 5 days to the UK, 7 days to Europe, 7–15 days to the rest of the world.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
It's rare, but it happens. Either it got lost in the post or the address was wrong and it was sent back to us.
If it's lost, we'll check your address and resend. If it bounced back, we'll get in touch to confirm the address and reship straight away.
Please wait until the delivery window above has passed before contacting us. The post takes as long as it takes.
Can I track my order?
If you paid for tracked delivery, or your order value qualifies for free tracked delivery (over £85), then yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
If you paid for basic (standard) delivery, there's no tracking. That's the trade-off for the lower cost.
