These terms and conditions outline what you can and cannot legally do with our novelty cards, as well as your responsibilities. By placing your order, you have indicated your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Each section begins with a plain English summary, followed by a more detailed explanation. 1. Product Information and Legal Status

Novelty Status: All cards sold on this website are strictly novelties. They have no official status and do not confer any rights or privileges on the bearer.
Legal Classification: These cards do not fall under the description of “ID Card” or any other “Identity Document” as described in the UK Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981 (Part 1), further defined in §7 of the 2010 UK Identity Documents Act.
Prohibited Uses: These cards cannot be used for:
- Satisfying regulations set by airline operators, transport operators or governments as valid identification for travel.
- Gaining admission to licensed premises (such as a pub or nightclub).
- Purchasing age-restricted products.
Such misuse is illegal and may result in fines or imprisonment.

2. Company Policies and Practices

Order Monitoring: We closely monitor all orders and will report any suspicious or illegal activity to the London Metropolitan Police.
Data Retention: We keep records of all orders for up to 60 days. Postal applications are scanned and shredded within five days of receipt. We adhere to all applicable data protection laws.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order on any grounds. Our decision is final, but you may be refunded in such an event.
No Reprints or Modifications: We are not obligated to replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards, though we may do so for a nominal fee at our discretion. We will not edit cardholder data or allow any modifications to the cards.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Legal Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that possessing these cards is legal in your locality.
Accurate Information: All information you provide must be truthful and accurate. Supplying fraudulent details may be illegal.
Acceptance of Terms: By ordering, you agree to these terms and conditions.

4. Legal Disclaimers

Liability: We, the website operators, are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our cards. You agree to hold us harmless regarding any consequences from use or misuse of the cards.
Jurisdiction: These terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the country of manufacture of the cards. These courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
