These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing your purchase and use of novelty cards from Fake ID UK, operated by CardFairy (“we”, “us”, or “our”), through our website at fakeid.co.uk. When you place an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. All novelty cards are sold exclusively for entertainment; they must not be used for any official or unlawful purpose. Nothing in this document constitutes legal advice — if you are unsure about the legality of our products in your area, seek independent legal counsel.

CardFairy is the entity behind Fake ID UK and is responsible for all novelty cards sold through fakeid.co.uk. Every order is processed directly by us, and our contact details are included in each order confirmation.

All orders are actively monitored for compliance with legal standards. Should we suspect that novelty cards are being purchased for an unlawful purpose, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel and suspend the order immediately, with no refund issued.

• Disclose order details — including the customer’s name, delivery address, photograph, and IP address — to relevant UK authorities such as the London Metropolitan Police or the National Crime Agency.

Personal information submitted with orders (e.g., name, address, photo) is retained for 60 days following order completion, enabling us to handle processing and any returns. Physical order forms received by post are scanned and then shredded within 5 working days of arrival. After the 60-day retention period, all data is securely deleted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation. Fake ID UK accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages that arise from the use or misuse of our novelty cards. By purchasing from us, you agree to hold us harmless against any consequences resulting from your actions with our products.

Placing an order constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, confirmed by ticking the acceptance box at checkout.

UK law governs these Terms and Conditions, reflecting the jurisdiction in which our novelty cards are manufactured. Any disputes or claims arising under these terms fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, and you consent to their authority.

Every card sold through this site is described explicitly as a “novelty card” and exists solely for entertainment. Specifically, our cards:

• Carry no official status and grant no rights or privileges to the bearer.

• Are not valid for travel, age verification, or any official purpose — including satisfying requirements imposed by airlines, transport operators, government bodies, or licensed premises such as pubs and nightclubs.

• Fall outside the definitions of “ID Card” and “Identity Document” under Part 1 of the UK Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981 and Section 26 of the Identity Documents Act 2010.

Misrepresenting your age, status, or identity using a novelty card is illegal and may result in fines or imprisonment depending on your jurisdiction.

No element of a novelty card may be altered, added to, removed, obscured, or otherwise modified — this includes the printed disclaimer confirming that the card is not an official document. Any such modification is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

Every issuing entity, name, and logo appearing on our novelty cards is entirely fictional. Our designs are original creations by Fake ID UK and are not intended to resemble, imitate, or pass as any real institution, organisation, or official document.

We may refuse any order at our sole discretion, including where misuse is suspected. A refund may be issued at our discretion if an order is refused. Our decision on such matters is final.

Fake ID UK bears no responsibility for novelty cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged, and is under no obligation to replace them. Replacement cards may be offered at our discretion for a nominal fee. Cardholder data cannot be edited or reissued once production is complete.

Verifying that it is lawful to possess novelty cards in your jurisdiction is your responsibility. This site accepts no liability for determining local laws or regulations that may apply to possession or use.

All information provided when placing an order must be truthful and accurate. Submitting fraudulent details may be a criminal offence, and Fake ID UK reserves the right to report such conduct to the appropriate authorities. Using our novelty cards to misrepresent your age, status, or identity is both illegal and prohibited under these terms.
